Meeting in person

If we are enthusiastic about your idea, we will invite you to come and meet us in person. During this meeting, you will present your project in more detail; and we can have a first exchange of views.

Disclosure of detailed documents / Due Diligence

A member of our project team will visit you and your company; together we will go through your key business data (financial planning, production and customer contracts or letter of intents, etc.).

Letter of intent

In case of a positive review, we will sign a letter of intent in which we declare our principal readiness to invest in your business. At the same time, we will state other key negotiation issues. On your part, we ask you to offer us negotiation exclusivity for our investment for a period of up to two months.
